-Each room shall be no larger than 350 ft² .

-For rooms that exceed the area limit, please place additional orders.

​

-Complex floor plans like lofts, duplex or multi-story layouts shall be otherwise quoted, and the exterior design is not included.

Project Payment Schedule

• 40% Project Deposit
A 40% deposit of the total project cost is required to begin any 3D rendering work.

Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

• 30% Progress Payment
A 30% payment is due after delivery of the initial draft renderings and completion of the included revision rounds.

• 30% Final Balance
The remaining 30% balance is due upon final approval and prior to the release of the final high-resolution renderings and panoramic views.

​

-During the delivery process, if the client does not reply for more than 7 days, the order will be automatically closed with no refund.

​

-Please provide us with photos of your color scheme, photos of furnishings, tile textures or anything you can think of that you would like for us to include in your rendering.

​

 -Please note that some furnishings and décor used in the project may at times not be the exact brand or style that you've selected but it will look as close to it as possible.
